Hi, I'm Stacey Wright.

Starting as a coder and working my way up through various roles, I quickly discovered a difficult truth: Mastering the technology was the easy part.
The real challenge? Navigating team dynamics, earning recognition and rewards, overcoming internal obstacles, and finding a work-life balance that actually felt balanced.
I pieced the puzzle together through study, experience, trial and error, even obtaining an MBA while working full-time. A transformative shift happened when I redefined how I viewed myself, leading to a change in my actions and behaviors.
I moved beyond theory and into action—much like writing, debugging, and refining code.
