The Launch to Leader program is recommended for women in tech. This includes

To qualify to join the program, you must be:

2. Experienced in the tech sector (3+ years) and eager to advance.
3. Open to building a community within the group and fostering an environment of mutual support.

Yes, many program participants are able to expense or receive reimbursement for the program. It's worth asking! We can even provide you a template for requesting full or partial reimbursement.
Once you are accepted to the program, you will receive an invoice that can be submitted with your expense report. Additionally, a certificate of completion is available.
We recommend 2-3 hours per week. That includes:
1 hour to complete the course content, including watching the videos and completing the exercises.
1 hour for the group coaching call on Wednesdays at 12pm ET, each and every week except major holidays or when rescheduled with notice.
A monthly one hour 1-on-1 session is also recommended to develop your individual leadership development roadmap and accountability plan.

I'm a seasoned coder, team leader, mental health professional, and leadership coach with over two decades of experience leading tech projects and teams in variety of sectors at top-tier companies (KPMG, BearingPoint, Blackboard).
I progressed into roles of increasing complexity and visibility, including tech team lead, project manager, program manager, as well as running my own web development company.
I've had a firsthand understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with this type of transition, and the skills needed to overcome the internal and external obstacles that stand in the way.
Backed by a CS degree, an MBA from NYU Stern, multiple technical certifications, along with mental health and coaching experience and credentials, I'm uniquely positioned to support and empower the next generation of female leaders in tech.
